Improving PRDs to get better apps
Matt is growing into quite a good YouTube channel on AI dev. He made a great video on how to write better PRDs that deliver better AI coded apps.
When building applications with AI, the crucial insight is that using a "smarter" model for your initial product requirements document (PRD) doesn't guarantee a better app if you're using a robust AI planning tool (10:08). What truly matters is diligently verifying that your original vision and all requirements are explicitly carried through each step, from initial intent to the final plan, as features often get lost silently during the planning phase (15:02).
