How to make CrewAI agents work stably?

I constantly run into the problem that my agents don't work consistently. All the time it happens that 2-3 runs everything goes perfectly, then 1-2 agents stop due to iteration limit, couple more good runs, then agent cannot search internet because its data limited to 2023 (so not using the tool).

I was trying a lot to optimize it for at least 90% success rate, but I just don't get it so far.
