How much to charge to build a Crew??

Hey community. Like the title says, I'm looking for suggestions on hourly rates to charge a client. I'm a semi beginner level dev. I want to be fair in the pricing. The prototype will most likely be basic web research that is turned into content all using CrewAI. The prototype will be an internal solution for a media company. This opportunity could also turn into more work from the same company. I tagged people that I know are working devs but I'm happy to hear from anyone that has suggestions.
