Devin - The First Autonomous Software Engineer

A couple of things struck me as VERY different about Devin:

Seems it may be able to build an entire non-trivial app just with a prompt (even just pointing it at some documentation)
Unlike most AI code generators, it can handle programming languages other than Python. One demo shows it generating unit test in C++! If it can build C++ apps, it should be able to build apps in any language.
