Last week we watched Claude pivot from compassionate estate administrator—delicately pacing funeral paperwork during bereavement—to confrontational business analyst challenging bad ideas before they hit production. 👉 Then we open it up for everyone else

The goal is simple: if you're taking the time to show up, you shouldn't have to wait behind questions from people who aren't even on the call.
