AI Developer Accelerator — Coaching Call - August 4th

Last week we learned the hard way that you should never let a model grade its own homework — Claude writes, Codex tears it apart, and the ugly stuff finally surfaces. Somewhere between whale-vs-tuna sales math and an actual AI-powered photo booth, someone also dropped receipts on a year of three-person engineering work getting done by one person in three months. If you missed it: yes, it was that kind of call.

📞 HOW THE CALLS WORK

The calls can run 2+ hours.

We want to make sure we're respecting everyone's time. Especially those of you who actually show up.

Here's the structure:

👉 Reply to this post with your questions before the call

👉 If you submit a question and you're on the call, you go first

👉 We work through questions in the order they came in

👉 Then we open it up for everyone else

If you can't make the call but want your question answered, drop it in the comments. We'll get to it. But priority goes to people who are there.

The goal is simple: if you're taking the time to show up, you shouldn't have to wait behind questions from people who aren't even on the call.

Plenty of threads still hanging: Alireza owes us Agent Task in action, Scott's been weighing whether the security review tool wants a freemium or plugin front door, and Morgan is out there trading Looms for the right to write more code. Bring your follow-ups, your half-finished builds, and your "is this actually worth it" questions — those tend to be the best ones.
