Is a Side Hustle a small Business?

If you work for yourself, you are a small business owner. I think of the term Side Hustle as not my main job. I have a couple side hustles and they bring in some money buit I'm still working a day job (as of now anyway). So my main job is my "Main Hustle". So riddle me this dear friends, at what point do you stop being a side hustler and "Only" a business owner? What if you have multiple income streams? Does each one need to be a seperate business? and you just run a Holding Company for all of them? Throw in your two cents on this one. Even more interesting if an AI agent is your whole side hustle are they "automated employees?"
