Here’s the mistake I keep seeing beginners make: They pick a niche based on what they like instead of what the algorithm already understands. So they end up posting… with no demand, no structure, and no direction. Here’s a simple framework that works better: 1️⃣ Search first, don’t guess If people aren’t already searching or watching it… it’s an uphill battle. 2️⃣ Steal structure, not content Look at what’s already getting views and reverse-engineer the format. 3️⃣ Think in systems, not videos 1 viral video is luck. A repeatable format is a business. Most people don’t fail because YouTube is “hard” They fail because they start without a system.
