Posting Norms
This is a space for busy people doing hard work with limited resources.
That means:
- No dumb questions. If you're wondering it, five other people in here are wondering the same thing and haven't asked yet.
- Progress over perfection. Share the messy version. Nobody here is grading you.
- Confidentiality first. Please don't post donor PII, beneficiary data, or anything identifiable about the people your org serves — even in a screenshot. Redact first, ask second.
- No cold pitching. This isn't a place to sell your org's services, products, or someone else's tool to the group. If you want to share a tool that's helped you, that's exactly what Tools & Discounts is for.
- Assume good faith. Everyone here is short on time and long on responsibility. Give people the benefit of the doubt.
Response expectations:
- Community questions (General, Tech & AI Questions): community-driven, but you'll personally check in at least once every 48 hours
- Hot Seat Submissions: reviewed weekly ahead of the live session
- VIP Circle: you respond directly, typically within 24 hours
