Before I start moving things around in here, I want to ask you something directly.
This community has been running challenges, building up a classroom full of resources, and doing a lot of different things over time.
But I realize I do not actually know what you have been using, because I rarely see anyone post about it.
And I would rather ask than assume.
The Calm Engine works very differently.
There is one program, the whole community runs through the same playbook together, and the goal is to get your community structured so that it runs on about 60 minutes a week.
No scattered resources, no wondering what to do next.
So I want to know two things before I make any decisions about what stays and what goes.
What have you actually used from this community that made a difference for you?
And if there is something specific here that you would want to see brought into The Calm Engine, what is it?
