AI Builder Bootcamp is a 7‑week, live, implementation cohort where we rebuild your business into an AI‑powered operating system.
By the end of 7 weeks you’ll have:
- A clear OS map of your business across marketing, sales, fulfillment, ops
- 4–6 core AI workflows actually built and running in your business
- A weekly “operator” review ritual so you keep improving the system instead of it decaying
- At least 10 hours per week freed from recurring busywork, versus your Week‑1 baseline
- Additional bonus trainings (recorded)
This is a capped, done‑with‑you build sprint where I sit with you and actually design and build the system together.
📆 Dates & Format:
- Week 0 Tech Setup: w/o August 10th, time TBD
- Cohort dates: Monday, August 17th to Friday, October 2nd
- Live Training Workshops: Mondays at 12pm Pacific, ~2 hours (no training September 7th)
- Weekly Office Hours: Wednesdays at 1pm Pacific (1 hour)
- Implementation Weeks (no live training, but there is Office Hours): Week of September 7th and September 21st
