What started as a sixteen-week intensive program in AI, automation, and digital business development has evolved into something far greater: a fully operational business unit, led by its own team.

Last Monday, four talented individuals made the transition from students to co-business owners - co creators joining the Plexaris ecosystem as full-time professionals. Together, we will continue to develop their own initiatives while building significant new platforms tailored to the Ugandan market.

This isn't outsourcing. This is ownership. Local talent, building local solutions, powered by global technology.
