๐ฏ How I would start my AI Agency in 2025
A lot of people have asked me recently "Jan, how would you start an AI Agency today from 0?".
My answer is really simple: Learn and don't be obsessed with the money.
Yes, the financial success that can come with building your own AI Automation Agency is very enticing, but before anyone can succeed they need to put in the work. The truth is, it takes some time to get your first paying client. There are a lot of things you need to do right and the best thing is to have someone help you by sharing their experiences. This is what this community is for.
When I started in 2023, the hardest part for me, was to learn how to sell my automations. I knew that they are valuable, but did other people see it as well? No. Not until I started being clear about the value I provide. I loved every automation I built and it excited me. But what I learnt is, in business, most people ONLY care about the results.
They don't care about n8n, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems. They want a solution to a problem.
So, if you want to get started today. Here are the 4 steps that you should follow:
- Learn and understand AI - how it works, what it can do, when to use it.
- Build ANYTHING in n8n. It doesn't have to be useful, just play around. Make a system that generates a list of dishes for you every week based on your grocery lists.
- Pick a niche that you have experience in, or that interests you. Do some research on the problems in that niche.
- Understand business. Learn how to break down business processes and understand the value you are providing.
If you follow these 4 steps, you are setting yourself up for success in the long term.
