I see people in here with solid automations, good case studies, decent messaging. But they're only reaching out to like 10 people a day because they're "being strategic" or waiting for the perfect moment.

There's no perfect moment. You just need to hit volume. 500 sends a day minimum(not manually duh). Not because you're spamming. Because that's what it takes to get 25 replies and book 3 calls. It's just math.

Once I realized I was treating outreach like it was sacred instead of treating it like a numbers game, everything changed. Took me way too long to figure that out.
