You can not sell AI until you actually use it. So here is what helped me

We all agree we need to start using AI before we teach it. But "go use it" is not very specific.

Here is a path that actually moved the needle for me:

Learn the machine. Do a basic Python course. Not to code, just to stop being scared of the terminal and understand coding logic.
Use Claude Cowork instead of a chatbot. It can read a whole folder of files at once. Point it at a directory for your business and give it a sharp prompt, then let it rip.
Build actual software. Claude Code turns plain English into working tools. Do something like build a website for your agency.

If you happen to be into investing like me, this gets fun. Point Cowork at a folder of stocks and have it run valuations on them. Build a model to track market turbulence. Set an agent to run after close and tell you exactly what happened that day.

The research basically maintains itself while you stay in the decision seat.

Remember to have fun playing around with this technology. If you were to explain this to your great grandparents, they would never believe you!
