Why Most YouTube Automation Channels Die in the First 30 Days
Most faceless YouTube channels don’t fail because of the algorithm.
They fail because of weak retention.
Common mistakes I keep seeing:
Long intros (“In today’s video…”)
No curiosity gap in the first 10 seconds
Overused stock footage with no structure
Quick fix:
Your hook should create a question the viewer MUST answer.
If the first 10 seconds aren’t strong, nothing else matters.
