When Systems Don’t Talk to Each Other
One of the most common issues I see isn’t a broken tool, it’s broken handoffs.
The phone system lives in one place.
The CRM lives in another.
Follow-ups happen… sometimes.
Each tool works fine on its own, but nothing is connected, so important context gets lost. A call comes in, a lead exists, but no one knows what happened or what’s supposed to happen next.
When systems don’t talk to each other, people end up filling the gaps manually, and that’s where things slow down or fall apart.
Where do handoffs break most often in your workflow, calls, leads, follow-ups, or internal ownership?
