WhatsApp production chatbot and n8n, howto move from test to production?

Hi,

I succesfully deployed a test version of a WhatsApp bot, following the guide on Create WhatsApp Bot: A Low-Code Guide (+ Free Template) – n8n Blog 1

Now I have registered a virtual phone number within WhatsApp business but then I am lost.

Trying to attach the phone number (which is accepted) but I keep seeing only the test number as sent from (and I would expect to see the newly added one, see screenshot).

What confuses me a lot is this Building Your First WhatsApp Chatbot | n8n workflow template

The test setup is working with a webhook, the other guide works with a trigger but doesn’t use the business whatsapp. So when is the webhook used and when the trigger?
