Whatsapp Business API Issue

Facing an issue in the whatsapp business api send message node and download media node. It was working fine until recently i started getting a no execution data output at these nodes even though there is an input being received. I have tried everything in my limited knowledge. I assumed it was a credentials issue but that is verified and sorted. I built a test workflow to check only the whatsapp part and there also same iusse. Wonder if anyone else has faced this issue? Or did i mess something up suddenly. I am using self hosted version of n8n. Have attached the screenshots and json. Would appreciate some help. Thank you.
