What Tools Are You Using to Retrieve Social Media Comments, DMs & Google Reviews via APIs?
Curious what stack everyone here is using for retrieving:
• Facebook comments• Instagram comments• Instagram/Facebook DMs• Google reviews
via APIs for further AI processing or automation workflows.
Right now I’m exploring options beyond Sprout Social & Brandwatch because they get expensive quickly at scale.
Some tools/APIs I’ve looked into so far:
- Meta Graph API
