went down the rabbit hole for days. Here is my bet on what actually works in 2026. šŸ”®
I’ve been quiet for a while because I wanted to step back, stop shipping random automations, and actually research where this industry is heading.
After tearing down my old stack and "vibe coding" some new prototypes, I’m officially re-entering the space. But I'm pivoting my entire approach for the 2026 meta.
Cool šŸ˜Ž part is i know how to do these already.
Here is the "Unified Stack" I believe will dominate next year:
Voice is the new Landing Page: Static sites are dying. I’m betting on high-latency Voice Agents (Retell/Vapi) that don't just "take messages" but actually close deals.
RAG is the "Operating System": Simple chatbots are a commodity. The real value is now in RAG agents that have deep context on the specific business (connected to Vector DBs) and live inside the website.
Infinite Content Supply: Manual editing can't keep up. The future is automated UGC workflows (n8n + Video Models) that generate ad variations while we sleep.
