Want to start or grow your AI/Automation agency?

Choose a product/service/niche/hobby you are familiar with or love (this way you are less likely to burn out)
Join as many Discord, Reddit, Skool groups that you can and start reading what people post. What are they struggling with? What are their biggest problems and if there are no real good solutions. Make sure you sincerely help people, give back without selling!
Connect with a few people who have the issue and offer to solve it for free in exchange for an honest review (video ideally)
Share publicly about what you are doing, ask for feedback and ideas to make it better on the groups you are a part of. Share as much learning as you are creating as you possibly can.

You will end up with a great product or a great community or a great content channel or connections or all of these :)

Be in it for the long haul, not quick fixes or shortcuts. Keep that in mind that day to day progress will always win over batches of inconsistent progress.
