VSCode + ? Model

I've been using VSCode and Claude Code for a couple months now and have gotten pretty comfortable. I am just constantly running thru the 5 hours session limit. I was doing the recent Fable experiment that Nate posted, and I think I hit the 2nd 5 hour limit within 15mins because the context was pretty high at that point after running thru the first 5 hour limit. I have tried to add $ to continue, but ran thru $10 pretty quickly too.

I'm just wondering if anyone uses a 2nd paid LLM subscription instead of going to Max? I have the Codex extension installed, but not paying for ChatGPT, so it's useless, and also Antigravity CLI, so I was considering the Gemini API.

If you had to choose 2 right now, which would they be?
