Automation 1: Automated Tasks
We created an AI agent named Javis. Its job? To analyze each salesperson's profile and their SOPs, then generate personalized tasks for them.
- These tasks are sent via Slack.
- Javis splits the workday into three sessions and sends tasks three times a day.
Automation 2: Automated Reminders
Javis also keeps track of upcoming meetings.
- It sends reminders to the team so they never miss a meeting.
- Since implementing this, our team shows up for meetings earlier and more prepared.
Automation 3: Public Announcements of Achievements
When a team member hits a goal or completes a task, the system detects it and announces it to the whole group.
- Everyone can see the progress and cheer each other on!
These three automations have drastically improved our team's efficiency and morale.
