Support chatbot for ecommerce/local with Whatsapp

Hello everyone, I currently use uChat but I'm looking to migrate to n8n to create a more integrated WhatsApp AI chatbot with database connectivity and additional features. One essential feature in uChat is the live chat interface, which allows me to monitor user conversations and respond manually when needed. I'd like to know how to implement similar functionality in n8n. I knowthat WhatsApp's API prevents using the WhatsApp mobile app alongside the API, so I think that n8n provides an alternative solution for manually managing WhatsApp conversations
