Stuck
I am stuck right now I want to start an Ai Automation agency and I cant figure out which service or solutions to offer. I think it goes two ways.
- Either pick a service or solution then target all the niches that could fit my solution.
2. Or pick a niche and work on their pain points then figure out a solution to automate it.
Please help I am stuck here, whenever I try to work on a solution then I get doubts whether the solution is worth selling or not.
