Software Recommendation for MVP User Feedback

I'm having a select group of 10 users test my MVP to confirm market fit and top priority features, integrations, etc. These folks are NOT super tech savvy. Think lawyers, investment bankers.

Which software tool is best for me to use to collect user bugs, liked features, hated features, add feature requests, and allows them to do that in the web UI.. maybe include screen shots of what they're seeing. Then of course I need to see that info. in an actionable way to determine which should be implemented, etc. Then finally it should notify the specific user when that item is pushed live to the site.

I know there are tools like Jira, Canny, ProductBoard, Usersnap, Frill, Featurebase.

Looking for recommendations based on actual usage of the tool..

Priority is to find a tool to get from MVP to production app.. can certainly upgrade to a Jira later...
