Small Business Tools

I am a service based business owner (Glass Company) who is looking to automate a few things in my business and looking for help getting started on the n8n system. I do not have a heap of time to watch videos, but I want to learn the how so that I can develop the why for my business. We have a POS system that does a lot of our CRM, but no follow ups. Also looking to develop a chat bot for our systems and procedure manuals as well as our HR manual. Again not looking for somebody to pay to do it, I want to also learn how to build these tools.
