Seeking Guidance from Experienced AI Consultants

I’m just starting out as an AI consultant and want to build a clear path from the very beginning. Instead of trying to figure it all out alone, I’d love to learn from those who have already been in the field.

🔹 Working with Clients – How do you structure the process (from discovery to delivery)? How do you usually handle contracts and pricing in a way that works for both sides?

🔹 Delivering Results – What do you do to make sure the client not only gets a solution but actually uses it and sees real impact?

🔹 Other Lessons – Are there specific tools, positioning strategies, or common mistakes you’d recommend I pay attention to early on?
