RAG vs Database

Hey all, I don't have much experience with databases and still learning about it. So I hope you can excuse me if this is a dumb question 😅

I have about 10 documents, PDF's, devided into Tone of voice, Messaging Framework, example blog posts and similar. I need this in a database for reference when writing ebooks and blogs to make sure it gets the right Tone of Voice for the client.

My question is, with only about 10-15 documents, would it make sense to build a RAG system instead of a normal database (using Supabase)? and please explain your answer??
