Prompt compression

Thinking of prompt compression let's use Gmail as an example would it be better to make one agent and dump all of the Gmail options in that prompt or would it be better to make a sub workflow with each individual prompt for Gmail I hope that makes sense I'm looking to see which is more cost-effective but it seems like you might end up having more work with all the nodes just thinking
