Im currently learning a lot about aaa, watching bunch of videos and i´ve come up with two niche ideas. First - CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS - Automating large percentage of customer service emails e comerce businesses get like answering FAQ, order statuses,etc. and using website chatbots to give them away for free as a trojan horse and a way of building trust. Second - INBOUND CALLS VOICE AGENT - Building ai voice agent, that can do things like set appointments, take orders, answer FAQ,etc. for businesses like e-commerce and also restaurants, barbers, pizza places, health industry.
So i would be really grateful if you suggested me which is better for market in Czech republic (small businesses like barbers, restaurants are often owned by one owner, which is my biggest concern - they dont have the justification of spending money on ai when they dont have very big profits).
Im personally leaning more towards Customer support because market in cz is still a lot early in ai and i think the businesses would be more skeptical about voice ai sollutions.
