PDF TO JSON?

I'm looking to create an agent that I can upload PDFs to and then I have a series of other agents answer prompted questions based on its role in the agent matrix. I've got all of the sub agents made as well as the manager agent for all sub agents I'm trying to figure out how to extract data from the PDF so that the agents can use it to do their work. This PDF conversion is new for me Does anyone have any resources that may help answer this? I've been searching but have not some scross somehting that has helped me figure out how to do it.
