Passing DATA to LLM and All Sub workflows

I have two main workflows, The one i am working on is one that is triggered off a web-hook and collects client information. It then verifies and merges all information in SUPAbase and passes all info along. Once the data reaches the ai agent, all information is presented to the Agent. And I have presented a clear prompt that it is to delegate all tasks to its tools in the description. It is very brief and then the system message is a little bit more detailed as far as output and stuff like that. I originally had five tools set up to call to another workflow but now I have resorted to trying just Gmail to have it sent a simple email based on status, but the status will not be sent over. The agent will not share any of the variables or data with the LLM or any tools. It just comes back as a json query or fails every time. Does anybody have any tips or tricks and how to pass all variables along to each sub workflow. It is just sending a query where the subworkflow cannot define anything.

I have tried Anthropic claude 3.7/3.5 Open AI 4o/4.1/4omini/gpt-4/4.1mini. And i have used Ai agent model from 1.7-1.9
