Outlook inbox manager & helpdesk agent

Hi all,

I'm building two different workflows for potential customers and I am having trouble getting the right flow of things to process everything I want it to do.

I'm trying to learn it all myself so any insight is welcome, however if there is a N8N expert here, that is willing to do consultancy / little bit of tech help on hourly basis, then please let me know.

One of the problems I am having is getting attachments from Outlook messages, and storing them into OneDrive (or SharePoint). Not sure how best to share my workflow here.

I've tried through getattachments, downloadattachments and all of them are unable to retrieve the attachment.

The second workflow is a helpdesk agent. I'm uncertain how to talk to a API from one of my tools. I'm starting to understand the GET/POST requests but actually connecting to the service itself is where I am stuck.

Really enyoing the content of Nate, I believe he is one of the more consise and interesting AI youtubers
