Only one branch is working

Hi all ! I have a simple question. When I execute my workflow, only one branch is working. If I launch the bottom branch nodes step by step, they works (there is no problem with my filter). Also I tried to put a "wait" on the top branch, did'n't work, the bottom branch still does not start.

At the end of the workflow my agent need the two branches (the bottom branch gives a content that the agent should compare to the big picture given by the top branch). If you guys have some ideas I would be very glad ! Thank you very much !
