Need your help in building workflow!

I want to create n8n workflow in which it should act as personal coach who can analyze the stats of strava(app used for running/walking and also for other activities) and then it should give us review and suggestion related to our diet and as well as training also how we can avoind injuries and then all things can be sent on whatsapp with real time insights.
