I’m working with a real estate developer client and building out a workflow that automates a big chunk of their process. It’s a lot of API integrations, pulling all the lot data into a Google Sheet, updating it every few hours, plus gathering agent info and connecting it all so it actually becomes actionable.
I want to make sure I’m thinking about the architecture correctly before I scale this out. If anyone here has experience with:
• Real estate data APIs
• Multi-step automations (n8n, Make, custom webhook logic, etc.)
• Structuring data for lead routing
• Pricing automation setups for developers
…then I would love your input.
Especially on:
- How you’d approach pulling + syncing reliable agent details
- Keeping everything clean and deduped
- What a fair setup fee + monthly retainer looks like for this type of automation
