Need some help with a lead follow up system
I want to build an automation on n8n that instantly responds whenever a new lead comes in through a website and automatically follows up if they don’t respond in 2 days. How do I make it do the following up part so it doesn’t accidentally follow up if they already replied, it should also update in the crm if we follows up or not yet.
