Need Help Starting an Automation for Local Event Scraping (Port-o-John Biz)

I could use a hand jumpstarting a project for a friend's port-o-john rental business.

He wants to automate outreach to outdoor events (festivals, construction sites, weddings, etc.) in his area.

The goal: scrape contact info for organizers and business owners doing construction projects, send 3 automated emails, then pass the lead to a sales rep if we can determine if it's a warm lead.

I’ve tried Apify, Firecrawl, gov permit sites, festival websites, and even built rough n8n/Make workflows, but I’m stuck on the scraping part and can’t find the right starting point. I've posted what I've got so far. I even mapped out on some paper what the build needed to look like just like Nate teaches.

Once I’m rolling, I can finish it thanks to what I’ve learned from Nate and others here. Any tips or help on how to get started would be amazing.

Side note: first free project that I've been stuck on for a couple months. He's a good friend from childhood, so he's given me the benefit of the doubt being new at this.
