Need Help Organizing Output

The first image is the output from the OpenAI assistant page. I would like the out put to be organized like this on my website. I have the assistant connected through N8N to my website and it comes out like the second image. I started going down the path of an output parser in N8N, both JSON Schema and JSON example, but it fails everytime. Im not a coder, so I had Claude write both. Can someone help guide me on the best way to do this?
