Need Guidance + Developer Support – Closing a New Startup MVP Deal
Hey everyone,
I could use some guidance and support from this community.
I’m currently in the middle of closing a deal with a new startup to build their full MVP + web app system (travel-tech focused).I’m leading the project under my team, Binary Automation.
Here’s our small core team:
- Me (Shiva) – Product Architect & System Designer
- Aman – Technical Lead (AI workflows & integrations)
- Krishna – Frontend Developer (UI/UX)
Between the three of us, we can handle:
- AI workflows
- Web app structure
- Frontend UI
- WhatsApp integrations
- MVP strategy
But for this MVP, we also want to bring in one strong, reliable developer who can help with:
- Backend structure
- API integrations
- Database setup
- Scalable architecture for Phase 1
This project has a clear scope, a real client, and a stable budget — we just want to strengthen the technical side and get things built cleanly.
What I need from the community:
- Advice from anyone who has built startup MVPs for clients
- Your experience with handling complex requirement docs
- Recommendations for a professional developer we can collaborate with
- Any tips on managing early-phase startup builds
I respect this community a lot, and I’d love to hear your guidance before we take this project into full production.
