Most Automation Problems Aren’t Tool Problems — They’re Architecture Problems

After reading many posts here, I’m seeing the same patterns:Webhook errors, OAuth issues, mailbox permissions, booking sync failures, scraping blocks, broken n8n flows, AI agents stopping mid-process, deployment confusion, and “how do I get clients?” questions.

In most cases, the issue isn’t n8n, Retell AI, Twilio, Microsoft Azure, or Instagram Graph API themselves.It's usually one of these:

Incorrect OAuth / permission model
Token vs application-level confusion
Webhook verification misconfiguration
Wrong data structure between nodes
Batch handling logic errors
Timezone / calendar mapping mismatches
