Microsoft Copilot agent builder or Vonage Agent builder?

Hey! I've talked to a few people who, one of the first objections they give, is that they know some of the software they're already using is starting to have AI capabilities, and they want me to use that instead of something else to help automate their business. The Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder and Vonage Voice AI Agent Builder are the two examples I have so far.

Have you guys received similar objections or tried using and building within these platforms? Is it worth exploring and trying to learn them? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
