Michigan Court Automation 2.0
Remember that Michigan court case monitoring system I built a few weeks ago? Well, we just took it to the next level and created a complete hands-off pipeline that my lawyer client is absolutely loving.
The original system would find new cases and add them to a Google Sheet every morning at 9 AM.
Now, the upgraded version doesn't stop there - it automatically extracts the plaintiff's address from each case, generates a personalized PDF letter on behalf of my client using their template and branding, and sends that PDF directly to their letter mailing service for physical delivery. The entire process from "new case filed" to "professional outreach letter in the mail" happens without a single manual step. My client's response? Their deal flow has actually increased because they can now handle way more cases simultaneously without being bottleneck by manual admin work. What used to require hours of data entry, document creation, and coordination now runs on autopilot while they focus on actual legal work.
This is the power of thinking beyond just "automation" and instead building complete end-to-end systems that eliminate entire workflows, not just individual tasks.
Which system in your business do you wish you could automate from start to finish? Drop it in the comments - I'm curious what complete workflows are eating up everyone's time!
