Messaging Sequence and Cookie Extraction

Does anyone have a template that can automate a messaging sequence?

I want to create a flow that does a number of messages on linkedin which i can use for various different accounts so running it using a number of baserow tables to store details on accounts and messages for each phase.

I cant think of the best method to get it to run as I need to have it run based on limits that are in a db for connection requests and messages. And then I have a loop back to check for replies via a webhook which would then stop any further messages

Would hope to then rework for emails too

Also if there is an easy way to grab a clients cookie for a different places they log in would be a bonus as means I can cut out the Cookie Editor step that a client needs to take to send me the json
