Hey everyone,
I’ve got a massive milestone coming up tomorrow—my first official client meeting.
The client is a successful Mortgage Broker with a team of agents under him. He’s doing well but knows he’s leaving money on the table and wants to implement AI to tighten things up.
I’ve already pitched him on the idea of Cold Email Workflows to help his agents scale outreach, but I want to make sure I walk in there with a solid "rhythm of business."
I’d love to get some insights from those of you further ahead:
- Meeting Flow: How do you guys structure these discovery calls? Do you lead with a demo, or spend the whole time digging into their current "manual" pain points?
- The Close: How are you guys framing the "Next Steps"? Do you close on a paid audit/blueprint, or go straight to a implementation retainer?
- Resources: Does anyone have any templates, discovery questionnaires, or "Value Stack" docs they’d be willing to share or point me toward?
I'm curious to learn how you guys handle the transition from "tech talk" to "business ROI" to get the deal signed.
Really appreciate any help the group can give. Let’s get it!
