Looking to hire a Lead Generation Expert

Hi , I am looking for an Lead Generation Expert For My AI Agency We only target High ticket and high volume niches.

You will a have percentage cut on each project complete and on the retainer , however for the first client the money spent on acquiring the client will be from your side then it will be from the agencies side and at the end of the month you will get the money spent by you on acquiring the paying client.

Now basically the main problem is that due to some unforeseen issues in my family, I had like completely lost my money and had to invest it somewhere else. So basically at this point I am out of capital and need someone with capital to invest in this and to become a partner in this AI agency. And suppose you like, I have a target of getting 4 clients, you will have to pay for the money of those 4 clients, but at the end of the month, I will pay back you personally for my money because I know that as we only target higher tickets, yet higher sales volume niches, so we will make our money back and make a lot of profit.
