Iām looking for someone with real experience building and launching AI products who would be interested in helping shape a B2B automation business with me. This would be structured as a generous profit split with the right person, not hourly consulting. The idea is that you contribute your knowledge and experience, while my team executes. Think of it more like acting as an investor, except the contribution is expertise rather than capital.
Iām looking for someone who can help think through product, pricing, and go to market. Not theory and not courses. Iām only interested in people who have actually shipped things and dealt with the messy parts after launch.
A bit of background.
I run a sales business that has been operating for years with an existing team and infrastructure already in place. On the commercial side we already have marketing, appointment setters, and face to face closers. The engine that drives sales is already built.
We are now expanding into AI driven B2B automation. This includes things like voice agents, SMS and email automation, CRM automations, and internal workflow systems.
We are doing this in an Australian state where AI adoption is still very early. Compared to the US, this market is well behind. Businesses are funded but not very sophisticated yet when it comes to automation, which creates a real window to build something before the market becomes crowded.
The goal is not one off builds or consulting by the hour. I want to build something that produces reliable recurring revenue and can scale properly.
Why this might be worth your time š”
Distribution already exists. There is a full sales structure in place and we are already speaking with businesses daily. We also have deep industry connections in WA, QLD, VIC and NSW. A large portion of these relationships sit in verticals like solar, trades, and other service businesses, and the intention is to sell into these existing partners once the right solutions are built.
Whatever we design can be taken to market quickly and tested with real businesses.
The role here is not to do the heavy lifting. My team will build, test, and sell. What Iām looking for is someone who can help shape the direction, pressure test ideas, avoid the common mistakes, and help structure offers that actually work commercially. In return, you participate in the upside through the profit split.
Who this is suited for
Someone who has built and deployed AI automation into real businesses.Someone who understands the difference between a demo and something that has to run reliably every day.Someone who enjoys turning technical capability into clear, sellable offers.
Who this is not for š«
Course sellers.Template agencies.Anyone who has never had to support something after it broke in production.
If this sounds relevant, send me a message with:
- One real AI automation you have built or deployed
- The stack or tools you used
- What you think most AI agencies get wrong
- The type of involvement you would actually enjoy
If you have it, feel free to include a screenshot, loom, or short explanation of something youāve deployed.
This is a long term play but execution will start immediately. If you enjoy building real businesses before markets get crowded, this will probably resonate.
