Looking for advice on a full stack lead gen + outreach build

Been thinking about putting together a system that handles everything from scraping potential clients to reaching out via email, sms and calls automatically. Basically want the whole thing running on its own without me having to manually do anything.

Curious what you guys have used or seen work. Specifically looking for:

• What scrapers are people using to pull leads (Apollo, PhantomBuster, custom built, something else)

• Best stack for the outreach side covering email sms and calls together

• What actually connects well together without breaking every other week

Would be helpful to know what the premium route looks like, what the budget friendly route looks like, and if theres something in the middle that hits the sweet spot. Not just what sounds good on paper, what actually works in production.
